For Ensure CTI Phone work you must have started CTI Server of SCILA. From CTI Server The CTI Phone can Function and Retrieve Information for the CO Lines and Extensions.
Functional capabilities, restrictions, work and behaviour of the CTI phone depends completely from TSP Driver and settings of your PBX.
